She is active in that she loves to be outdoors and working, but sports really aren't her thing and while not toned is considered balanced for her weight and height. She is neither light nor dark of skin tone, an interesting shade of olive that she's told rings back to the Irish from her father's side of the family. She prefers to keep her hair at a manageable medium length just past her shoulders, the dark brunette strands falling fairly straight, though prone to a slight wave if the humidity is high enough. Her eyes at first glance will appear a deep blue, but upon further investigation are in fact a very rich shade of green. As most colored eyes do, mood and lighting can easily blend the two. Amanda was raised on country etiquette, a solid ''yes mam" or ''no sir'' always on the ready and a list of chores scribbled down for every part of the day before and after each meal. She was taught to stand up for what she believed in, but also when to fight the good fight. Like most young adults, she would say her life had its rough spots, but her nature doesn't allow her to hold anything against anyone. Her earliest memories all involve horses or some form of wild animals. She spent the biggest part of her childhood filling industrial water jugs with spare change in hopes of being able to afford her own horse. Despite how much she saved, it simply wasn't enough when her mother's health suddenly took a turn for the worse after a particularly cold winter. Animals became even more precious to her when she realized there was soon to be a void to be filled. She filled whatever spare time she had after school volunteering at a local ranch, mucking out the stalls and brushing down the horses. She couldn't have asked for a better escape. Since moving to Sorrow, she hasn't left the neighborhood, much less the house; too afraid to leave her father unsupervised. He didn't take the death of her mother very well, and Amanda can't help but be reminded of gun safe in his room. Despite her isolation, news doesn't take long to travel to anyone in a small town, and she's quite eager to explore her new home, if the rumors of the animal-centric square are true.
