His truck rolled up to the human society and he sat in the driver seat, his eyes slightly closed as he took a long pull off his smoke. It was going to be his first day on the job, doing what? Well Jay didn't know but he knew he had to be here. He was looking for a dog, he had the money for the dog he just needed to get money to keep the dog alive. Now this was something Jay liked, he didn't live on much land but he lived on enough. His eyes opened as the smoke finished, he flicked it into the parking lot. His thin body pulled out of the dark green old truck with monster energy symbols on it. He called it the sand monster cause it was his dune truck. He smiled and patted it's hood. He walked into the building and looked around. It was like a pet shop. His eyes fell on the dogs, big dogs little dogs, he wanted a middle sized down with a german shepard like look to it. Long hairs and could be his buddy. His eyes fell to the cats, he hated cats. He looked away and looked around again. Was anyone even here? Was he supposed to be? The building was open so obviously someone was in here. He spuna round in a circle and looked aroudn wide eyed. He was a goof like that a bit of a dits though he was smart. He sighed and looked down at some objects on a table. He played around with them till one of them broke. It was a dog like pen and the eye fell off. Jay stared at it wide eyed and put it down. 'Riiiiiiiiight' He said to himself and spun around stepping away from the broken dog pen as if it wasn't him who did it. He'd deny it all the way, though he wasn't like that he'd probably say he did it before anyone asked. He walked to the dogs and put his hands in his pockets looking into the cages. They all looked so cute. He spotted one, one that caught his attention. It was a german shepard looking one. ' Captain...' He read teh name plate and sighed. The name was kind of stupid and he would want to change it, but most animals didn't like that. Maybe a nickname for him? So that he wouldn't have to call him Cap or Captain. He thought. He liked the name Champ, and the dog looked like he's suit it. He spun around again now looking for someone he could talk to about the dog. Jay loved dogs.
