Jessica carefuly moved across the tall, wavering grass. Her movements seemed to be a run in slow-motion, her limbs moving in a god-like manner with such smoothness and caution... anyone could see where the term cat-like came from. Well. If the term was used in a correct manner.
The sun was beating gently down from a clear blue sky, no clouds shattering the expanse of breathtaking pure blue above the cats whiskers. The grass was vivid green in the silence of the day, despite the abundance of life in this gorgeous field.
Taking a few more bounds over the thick grass, narrowly missing a wasp perched upon a tall yellow flower, Jessica landed in a clearing. A tree grew up from the ground here, its trunk of dark wood and leaves of the same vivid green as the grass at its gnarled roots, tearing up the ground like witches hands. The she-cat gazed up at the motionless beast with odd curiosity, purple and yellow eyes glinting in the warm light. With another moments hesitation, her head lowered again and she curled up in one of the roots poking up from the ground. Curling her tail around her nose, she attempted to gain some well-needed rest.

Eyes were relaxed and boy was calm. What had brought this male here? Perhaps that odd sense of comfort that he yearned for? No don't be silly Cheshire didn't find anything calming at this point. His life was usually in the cage being looked at my little children. But when he got let out to get fresh air he usually found his way around to this part. He loved it to be honest. Being free for once, he never ran away he always went back to the adoption clinic.
His heart thudded in his chest as he pranced through the grass and tail lifted up to balance his movement. He eyed another cat in the distance. He purred in is chest. It was a female. Now Cheshire didn't get along with anyone to be honest but somepeople... or cats he could try to be nice to. And he was in a happy mood. Eyes narrowed in on this feline as he pranced right over.
' Hello pretty girl... do you have a name?'
His vocals were deep trusting kind but at the same time they were tricky like he was holding back the urge to bust out and just tear her apart which of course he wasn't he was being very kind cause he was in a good kind mood which wasn't something he was often in. But this cat wouldn't know that let alone him. Or would she? he sat down in the grass and stared at her with giant green curious eyes. He waited, ears lifted as he purred lightly to her.
